Patrick and Dawn

Dawn Aldridge

Dawn had kidney failure in 1994 and was denied her Social Security Benefits her first time as an applicant. It was not till someone else took the matter into their own hands that the Social Security Administration awarded her with her benefits. From that point she went onto dialysis. She was on dialysis for about 9 months. She received a new kidney from her brother, thank God! She applied for Social Security Disability and was denied. She had others get involved and then the SSA gave her the disability benefits. She has spent several years trying to recover and get healthy with her new kidney. She has also had several surgeries since then, due to other non-related situations. She has had a hernia surgery, major compound leg fracture that needed a metal bar brace inserted and a Hysterectomy. Obviously she has been around the block, and understands what it is like to be in a disabilitating situation!

Dawn is a Military Pay clerk. Dawn is extremely professional when it comes to her career. She has an excellent understanding of Her disabilities and trials has given her passion, and has made her a person with compassion. Her own ailments have given her understanding, only people that are where she has been, or is now, can understand.

Patrick Aldridge

Patrick joined the military in 1991 and was in the United States Navy. He was stationed in Groton Ct on a fast attack submarine, USS Greenling (SSN 614). He was honourably discharged from the United States Navy is 1995 and then the following year pursued a career with the United States Army. Patrick was an Apache Attack Helicopter Electrician.

Patrick has a degree in Paralegal. Patrick practices Social Security Disability as allowed in the social security rulings. You do not have to be an attorney to represent a person applying for disability. Patrick is a Authorized Disability Consultant. Patrick became interested in law after dealing with other personal issues in his life and he started to educate himself in civil cases. Once he stepped into the law library, he could not walk out, he was hooked. He then became interested in the Social Security Law once he saw what his wife; Dawn, and others went through.

Besides LHSS, Patrick is also a professional in Aviation Avionics. With a Federal Communication Commission License he is licensed to work on the commercial aircraft and electrical equipment. Patrick has decided to move into a field that he feels he can make a difference, the Medical field. With his legal understanding and research knowledge he has decided to take on becoming a M.I.C.T. Fighting for a person that is disabled is Patrick's way of giving back to someone in need.

How they met and the company

Dawn and Patrick met on the internet in a Christian Chat room called Christian.Matchmaker.com. Then they met and it was love at first site. They married on March 20, 1999 and; of course, are still newlyweds. They put God first in their marriage. Their lives and the operation of LHSS is conducted in a Godly and Christian Moral standard.

They started to see more and more people that they knew going through the process of Social Security and being denied benefits for their disability. They wanted to use their backgrounds as a combined team effort. Patrick’s Paralegal practice and Dawn’s Medical Assisting, well, you cant beat it on most cases. Not to mention they have understanding and compassion towards the client who are not just “numbers” to them.

Mr. and Mrs. Aldridge have been involved with Social Security Issues for about 5 years and have a passion to help others to get what they deserve. When Patrick saw his wife suffering through the process of the Social Security Administration, it sparked an anger to make sure that other people are not pushed under the carpet.

The Aldridges believe that they can sincerely make a difference. S.S. applicants need to understand that there can be help and a way to have questions answered and get complete Authorized Representation in front of the Administrative Law Judge without paying for an expensive attorney. Once the word was out about LHSS Services, the calls started. Word of mouth is everything for a business.

When you hire LHSS Services, you will know that someone cares about your ailments in a cold and uncaring system. You will gain someone that has the education and the resources to help. Having someone on your side who understands the Social Security System can be crucial in a case. You won't have to be the one pressured or intimidated by the system when LHSS is representing you. You gain rights to recieve Social Security Disability and gain back your self-esteem knowing you are not alone by the lack of interest in the S.S. Administration Office. The Social Security Administrations main interest is not to pay out for benefits if they do not have to. If they can tell you such things as, "work another job" or do "past work" and you do not appeal it, then they have done their job to save the government money. Let a company with experience look at your case and give you the best possible chance of winning a case!
